LOH charges half of one months rent on providing a tenant that you or your home owner approve based on credit check and references, the tenant signs a lease, we collect First and Last months rent from your tenant and the tenant moves in. Only then does LOH take a fee, so there are no upfront expenses or associated risks to you, only benefits.

We have a special module setup and customized just for property managers that allows a property manager to do all the leasing activity on the home owners behalf. This process allows a property manager to control all the appointment requests, lease offers, negotiation, offer acceptance and more. No more having to worry whether or not a superintendent is picking up the phone to take viewing appointments. No more expensive and confusing credit checks, we cover the cost of those and simplify the process. Everything can now be streamlined and simplified via a property manager. LOH will even collect the First and Last months rent for you. If you do have a superintendent, the property manager can even enter the superintendents information as the contact person for the duration of the lease.
